Who we are
AnGard Microwave B.V. (“AnGard”, “we”, “us”) is a defence-technology company registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at privacy@angardmicrowave.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, organisation, work email, and the contents of any message or access request you send through this site. We also collect limited technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, share range data and the effector brief, manage access requests, and improve this site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries, and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate this site and our communications, all bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights. As a defence company, we may also be subject to export-control and national-security obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@angardmicrowave.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We ask for consent before setting any non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, consistent with the standards expected of a defence supplier. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low and respond quickly to incidents.
